volunteers subject to the policies and procedures of our organisation and all applicable laws.


Teach Tearmainn’s focus is on providing the highest standard of service.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the manner in which you were treated within Teach Tearmainn you are encouraged to lodge a complaint.

Teach Tearmainn views complaints as a means to continuously review and improve the services we provide to our clients.

Who Can Complain?
Anyone dissatisfied with the service, actions or lack of action from any member of Teach Tearmainn.

How to Complain?
Complaints can be made in person, by telephone or in writing.
